Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
We want customers to be comfortable trying Kavimia Order Messaging Pro.
14-Day Flexible Guarantee. For an initial Kavimia Order Messaging Pro purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date if you decide the product is not right for you. Under our configured Flexible refund policy, the request does not require you to prove a defect. Refunds are processed through Freemius, our merchant-of-record provider.
How to Request a Refund. Contact [email protected] or use the refund/support options made available through Freemius. Please provide enough information to identify the transaction. Do not email payment-card numbers or passwords. Cancellation or refund notices may also be sent by email to [email protected] or by registered mail to Siglit 1212, Mazkeret Batya, Israel.
Effect of a Refund. A completed refund may cancel or block the applicable Kavimia Order Messaging Pro license. Pro-only functionality may then stop working. Kavimia Order Messaging Free remains available independently.
Renewals. The voluntary 14-day Flexible guarantee applies to the initial Pro purchase. It does not automatically restart with every annual renewal. Our voluntary 14-day guarantee does not automatically restart upon renewal. Any refund right relating to a renewal is determined by the terms presented for that transaction and any mandatory rights under applicable law. You can avoid future renewal charges by cancelling automatic renewal before the renewal date. Cancelling renewal normally leaves the already-paid Pro license active until the end of the current paid period.
Statutory Rights. This Policy does not limit any mandatory right available under Israeli consumer-protection law, European consumer law, or other applicable law. Where applicable law gives you broader cancellation or refund rights, those rights prevail.
Payment Disputes. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not affect any lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or improper charge.
